The lessons are clear enough for me and I can follow along well, they just move a little quick sometimes so I have to pause and go back but overall it’s been fine

I reached out to support and they got back to me fairly quickly. It wasn’t instant, and I do think companies should be a bit more mindful of people waiting around for help, but they were polite and actually useful once they responded. Overall, they handled it fairly.

I was happy to see they ship to my country, and the whole process was really easy. Everything went smoothly and worked just fine internationally

There’s a big mix of content to choose from, so I never really feel like I’m running out of things to watch. It keeps things interesting and doesn’t get boring

Trying to get a refund was way more of a hassle than I expected. It took longer than it should have, and the replies I got felt generic and didn’t really solve anything. What made it worse was that I couldn’t seem to get in touch with an actual person, just automated responses or unhelpful messages. it left a bad impression and I wouldn’t use them again.

I needed to make a change to my subscription on jazzastudios.com, and it was way easier than I expected. The account section was easy to find, and I got the email confirmation/receipt right away so I knew everything had actually gone through.
I also cancelled for a month once when I was too busy to use it, then came back later without any hassle. No confusing menus or weird extra steps, which is pretty much all I want from a subscription site...

I was expecting to have to run out and buy a few extra things, but the kit seemed to have everything in it. Even the little bits I probably would’ve forgotten were included. Maybe I’m just easy to please, but it made getting started with the class so much less stressful.

I ordered from Jazza Studios and the quality is solid. It feels well made and looks like it did in the pics, so no complaints there. There was one tiny mark on a small part, not a big deal though... overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably buy from them again

So... checkout was smooth overall. I only had to re-enter my address once, but the payment page loaded quickly and I got the confirmation email right away.

I wasn’t expecting a whole lot for the price, but, i ended up getting more than I thought I would.

I thought this would be fun to watch, but it was just really boring. Nothing grabbed my attention for more than a few minutes, and I felt kind of embarrassed sitting there after telling someone we should give it a try.

My first impression was that the app basically does what it’s supposed to, so that’s good. But just using it for a bit, I could kind of tell it still needs some polishing. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and some buttons didn’t react the first time I tapped them, which made the whole thing feel a little clunky. It’s not a bad app by any means, but my gut says it needs a few smoother updates before I’d give it a higher rating.

I’ve been following Jazza Studios for a while now and the community is a big reason I keep coming back, people are always sharing their art and swapping tips and just being encouraging even when someone’s work isn’t perfect. It doesn’t have that closed-off or snobby feeling you get in some art spaces, it just feels like a fun relaxed place to learn, get inspired, and see what everyone else is making

I’m new to this, and I found it easy to get started without feeling overwhelmed. It’s straightforward enough for beginners, which I really appreciated.

I ordered a custom piece from Jazza Studios and, to be honest, I wasn’t totally sure how it would turn out. With custom stuff, I always wonder if the details will get missed or if the quality will feel different from what I expected.
Luckily, everything showed up the way I asked for it. The size and design were right, and the colors matched what I picked, so I was relieved when I opened it.
I’m giving 4 stars because the update emails were a little slow, and that made me second-guess things while I was waiting. But the order itself was accurate, arrived fine, and ended up being a good experience overall...

I’d been in one of those weird creative ruts where I kept opening my sketchbook, staring at the page, and then somehow ending up making coffee or checking the laundry instead. This gave me some fresh ideas right when I felt totally stuck, and it made drawing feel fun again instead of like something I was forcing myself to do

I thought the courses were good overall. The lessons were clear and easy to follow, and I liked the examples they used. A couple of sections felt a bit rushed, so I had to go back and rewatch them, and even my brother mentioned the same thing when I showed him. Still, I learned a lot and felt like it was worth going through.
